The Salon
Our modern and comfortable salon is based at Farrow Court, Stanhope Road, Ashford, Kent, TN23 5FT.
The salon is owned and run by Claire and Lisa who strive to always give the best to their clients by providing them with outstanding customer care and a professional service. The combination of excellent value and our expert knowledge should put us at the top of your list for hair and beauty treatments in Ashford. We provide a one to one personal service for our customers and spend time to get to know you which enables us to advise the best style that suits you.

Hello, my name is Claire, I’m a hair and beauty therapist. I studied full time at college for 4 years, and have been in the industry for over 25 years. I’ve taken many courses in both hair and beauty to keep up with the ever-changing industry. Since as far as I can remember I’ve loved doing people’s hair and beauty, and enjoy making people feel good about themselves. I’ve worked in both hair and beauty salons and have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way. It’s always been a dream of mine to have my own salon one day, so I’m truly grateful to have achieved this with my sister-in-law Lisa. We are a friendly and professional salon and always look forward to meeting new clients.
Lisa Straughn
I have been in the hairdressing industry for over 20 years and have always had a passion for hairdressing since a very young age. I did work experience in a salon in London and after moving to Ashford, I got a Saturday job and in my spare time, I would do lots of training in the salon before starting my apprenticeship to do my Level 2 hairdressing. I then went on to do my Level 3 hairdressing, worked at different salons and barbers and also managed a salon. When I had my 2 children, I did mobile hairdressing, which fitted around family life and I went on different courses to keep up with the industry, including hair extensions, nails & makeup.
